STK&G is an aggressive, experienced small litigation and corporate law "boutique" firm that has been serving clients in Maryland for more than twenty-five years. We have grown to approximately twelve attorneys and provide legal services in four primary legal practice areas – civil litigation, criminal law, business litigation and corporate representations.

Our civil litigation practice, which is handled primarily by Robert Schulman, Josh Treem, Steve Gilden, Les Hershfield, Michael Lind and Lisa Mezrich ranges from employment law, such as sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of non-compete agreements, and employment contracts, to business litigation, including breach of contract and fraud, to real estate and development litigation, to personal injury and workers compensation litigation.

Our criminal practice, which is handled primarily by Michael Kaminkow, Josh Treem, Robert Schulman, Richard C.B. Woods and David Weinstein, encompasses every type of criminal case, from white collar criminal defense to murder, rape, arson and complex drug and financial fraud, to basic misdemeanors, such as DWI and drug possession.

Finally, our business law practice, which is handled primarily by Robert Schulman, Les Hershfield and Lisa Mezrich, is primarily based on providing legal advice to businesses and individuals on issues ranging from general corporate matters to business takeovers to contractual problems to real estate deals and developments. We also handle corporate internal and external investigation.
