STK&G Obtains Acquittal in First-Degree Murder Trial
In a well-publicized Baltimore City murder trial where defendant Acurtiss Grimes was accused of battering and shaking his baby girl to death, STK&G convinced a jury to grant an acquittal on all charges. The jury apparently decided that they were not sure whether Mr. Grimes or the baby's mother, Kristina Bailin, was responsible for the child's death.
