STK&G Garners Praise for Motions Filed On Behalf Of Former State Senator Thomas L. Bromwell in Pending Criminal Trial
With the upcoming federal criminal trial of former state Senator Thomas L. Bromwell set to begin in March 2007, STK&G attorneys, including Joshua Treem and Robert Schulman, have been busy drafting pretrial motions concerning a myriad of issues, including the government's ill-advised attempts to seize Mr. Bromwell's assets prior to trial. After receiving STK&G's motion papers, the government backed down and agreed not to seize the funds, including his severance payments from IWIF.
