On July 27, 2007, STK&G argued before Judge Gelfman in Howard County Circuit Court for dismissal of numerous fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence claims that had been filed by a homeowner's association against several developers represented by STK&G.  On August 1, 2007, Judge Gelfman ruled in favor of the developers and dismissed the lawsuit which had been seeking more than $160 million in damages arising from a failed wastewater treatment system.
