| On August 27, 2007, STK&G's Les Hershfield argued for a preliminary injunction motion on behalf of two corporate directors before Judge Matriccianni of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City where the corporatino had refused to provide various material documents to the two members of the corporation's board of directors. On August 29, 2007, the Court granted Mr. Hershfield's motion for preliminary injunction and ordered production of the requested documents. |
